        Tuesday Novr 13th 1867

for the use &c   }
           vs    }  asst
Eliza M. Stewart }     Dawkins
                 And now on this day came the parties by their respective 
Attornies, and the defendant saying nothing in bar or in preclusion of 
the plaintiffs right to recover, on motion of the plaintiffs Attorney it is 
ordered that the plaintiff do have his Judgement against the defendant 
by default, and that the Clerk do assess the damages whereupon 
the Clerk having assessed the damages at
   Thirty three                                          Dollars 
and                           cents it is ordered Considered and 
adjudged by the Court the plaintiff do have and recover 
off and from the defendant the said sum of 
Thirty three                                             Dollars 
and                           cents for his damages together with 
his Cost in this behalf expended taxed at
    Six                                                  Dollars 
and Seventy two      cents the defendant in mercy &c

                 And now on this day came the parties by their 
respective Attornies, and the defendant saying nothing in bar or 
in preclusion of the plaintiffs right to recover on motion of
the plaintiffs Attorney it is ordered that the plaintiff do have 
his Judgement against the defendant by default, and 
that the Clerk do assess the damages, whereupon the Clerk 
having assessed the damages at         
                     Ninety Eight                      Dollars 
and Seven             cents it is ordered Considered and 
adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have and 
recover off and from the defendant the said sum of 
   Ninety Eight                                        Dollars 
and  Seven        cents for his damages together with 
his Cost in this behalf expended taxed at
                    Eight                              Dollars 
and Forty five     cents the defendant in mercy &c
