                            } And now on this day came the parties
by their respective Attorneys and the defendant saying nothing in bar
or in preclusion of the Plaintiffs right to recover on motion of the
Plaintiffs Attorney it is ordered that the Plaintiff do have his Judgment
against the defendant by default and that the Clerk do assess the
damages whereupon the Clerk having assessed the damages at
  Three Thousand one hundred and fifty
      Dollars and fifty               Cents it is ordered
Considered and adjudged by the Court that the defendant do
have and recover off and from the defendant the said sum of
 Three Thousand one hundred and fifty
      Dollars and fifty               Cents for
his damages together with his cost in this behalf expended
taxed at  Nine
              Dollars and fifty five    cents
      and the defendant in mercy &c
