of the County and state aforesaid all
of the stock in trade now in the store
of Raulerson and Ambrose under my Cus-
tody Control and management as their
assignee at their late place of business
in the town of Waldo aforesaid Consisting
of dry goods groceries boots and shoes Crock-
ery ware hardware Willow ware Furniture
Phosphate and one Iron Safe of the Butler
patent. Scales lamps Curtains and store
fixtures generally it being understood that
the above designated lists of goods are
intended to ennumerate and cover the entire
stock of Raulerson and Ambrose now in
my possession Custody Control and manage-
ment as their assignee and that as such
assignee I sell convey and deliver the Same
in its entirety as it now stands to the said
Thomas B. Tillis his heirs executors administra-
tors and assigns at for and in Consideration
of the above specified and mentioned price
and sum of (4094.77) Four thousand
and Ninety four dollars and seventy seven
cents and do hereby duly acknowledge
the receipt in hand of said sum of money
from the said Thomas B. Tillis.  To have and
to hold the said stock of goods in its
entirety as above specified and enumerated
and set forth and mentioned forever and
that as such assignee having a good and
lawful right to sell convey and deliver the
same as will more fully appear by reference
to the deed of assignment of Raulerson and
Ambrose to me as their said assignee duly
filed and of record in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the
County of Alachua and under and by virtue
of the powers therein and thereby conferred upon
me in said deed of assignment I do hereby
transfer to the said Thomas B. Tillis the
said stock of goods above specified.

as the assignee of Raulerson and Ambrose
