shall have twentyfive dollars more more than either of the
others - further my debt shall all be paid and all debts
due me shall be collected and all my other property except
my lands in Polk County State of Florida shall be sold
and all money collected therefrom shall be equally divided
between my children. I also require that the share of
my Grand Children A.J. Shirly J.B. Shiarly E.I. Shirley
J.R. Shirley M.K. Shirley R.S. Shirley shall be kept to-
gather and managed by their Guardian Isaac T. Guinn
or his successor as their Guardian untill the youngest
of these children shall become of age them
then it shall be equally divided between^My Polk County
lands shall be managed by my Executor and not sold
untill it will bring or can be sold for nine Thousand
Dollars, and when it can be sold for the said Nine
Thousand Dollars it shall be equally divided between my
children - I also bequeath to my Son-in-Law Darling
Shirley the sum of One Dollar.
I do appoint Isaac T. Guinn of Alachua County
