In the Name of God Amen
 I John Hague being of sound mind & memoery and knowing
that it appointed to man Once to die
    Do make and Ordain the following my last
           Will and Testament
First, I will my soul unto God, and my Body to be
          decently Buried.
Secondly As concerning my Worldly afairs I Will and
          bequeath is follows
And first That all my Just Debts shall be paid
 Second That my beloved Wife Maria Hague, shall have the
          priviledge of living on my place on Turkey Creek
          during her Widowhood, and shall be allowed apart
          of all of my Estate according to Law, and that the Hire
          of my Negroe Slaves, shall go to the maintinance of my
          my children, I have had by her my said Wife during their
          Minority.
Thirdly  That all my children shall have an equal share of all my
          Estate the names of which are as follows.  James Hague
          John R. Hague, Gideon Hague, Mary Kelly Rufina Hague
          Archibald Hague, Vicey Hague, Amelia Hague and John
          Cooper Hague.
Fourthly Also that said Negroe Slaves shall not be hired out of
          my Family, and that Archalus Lipsey and Doctor James
          Kelly Shall have no Control of any part of my property
          Nor receive any benifits from it.
Fifthly  And lastly I do hereby Appoint and Constitute James
         Hague Gideon Hague my true and lawful Executors to
         Cary this my last Will and Testament into Effct.
