and her children, Sebron J. Standley William
S. Standley and Thomas C. Standley their heirs
and assigns for there own proper use and benefit,
and to no other person whatever.
          And the said Jesse Standley for himself
his heirs, Executors and Administrators the
said property unto the said Eliza Harvil
Mariah Floyd, Sebron J. Standley, William
S. Standley and Thomas C. Standley there heirs
and assigns will warrant and further defend
the rights and titles thereof against himself
and against the claims of all other persons
whatever
