Will of Catharine Payne Continued
Children, Likewise. I make constitute
and appoint my beloved husband George
B. Payne Executor of This my last Will
and Testament hereby revoking all former
Wills by me made giving to my said
Executor full power to appoint by last
Will and testament or otherwise such
person or persons to act as Guardian
for my said Children and to Carry out
the Intentions of This my last Will and
Testament. In Witness whereof I have
hereunto subscribed my name and affixed
my Seal The Thirteenth day of April
in The Year of our Lord One Thousand

her request and in her presence have

did sign as witnesses
