Alachua County       Whereas it appears from
                     the last Will & testament
of Catharine Payne deceased that George
B. Payne is Therein named as the Executor
of said Will, Said Will having been filed
this day and allowed, approved and recorded
in the Probate Office of said County-Now
be it Known that letters Testamentory of all
and singular the goods, Chattles, rights &
Credits of said deceased are hereby granted
unto the said George B. Payne, with full
power to act as such Executor
     Given under my hand and private seal
(there being no Seal of Office) This 18th day
of July A D 1859
