-lish this my last will and Testament
First I give my body to the grave
and my spirit to the God who gave

Secondly It is my will that all my Just
debts be paid
Thirdly -- I will and bequesth to the res
idue of my property real and personal
after the payment of my debts to my be
-loved wife Penelopy Standly, my son
James Standley and my daughter
Laura Standly to be equally divided
between them Share and Share alike
Fourthly -- It is my will that the property
real and personal hereby bequeathed to
my beloved wife Penelopy Standley, my
Son James Standly, and my daughter
Laura Standly be Kept together and
made subject to the full control and
management of my wife Penelopy
Standley during the minority of James
Standly and Laura Standly
Fifthly -- It is my will that an overseer
be employed by my wife to take charge
of the Negroes C**** on the plantation
