In the name of God, Amen, I Dorothy
Hall widow, late of Duval County in the Territory
of Florida, at present a resident of Newnansville
Alachua County in said Territory being sick and
weak in body, but of sound mind, memory &
understanding, and being desirous of settling my
worldly affairs whilst I have strength & capacity
so to do, do made, publish and declare this, my
last Will and Testament hereby revoking and
making void all former Wills by me, at any
time heretofore made
I hereby constitute and
appoint Edward S. Aldrich Phissician of the
County of Alachua in said Territory sole Executor
of this my last Will and Testament
After payment of my just debts and charges
I dispose of my Estate as follows.
First I give and desire my plantation situated on
the St. Johns River in the county of Duval Known
as the La Grange Place and every and all tract or tracts
of land lying in and about or in any way belonging
to the same together with the appurtenances thereunto
belonging, and all messuages, lands & tenements
wheresoever situated of which I may die Possessed
and all my right, title and interest into the same
to my Nephew George L. Brown of the said
County of Alachua and his heirs in trust
for the sole and separate use & benefit of my two
Nieces Corinna E. Aldrich, wife of Edward S.
Aldrich above named and Ellen M. Anderson
wife of James W. Anderson now residing in the
City of Buffalo in the State of New York as ten-
ants in common and to their heirs & each of their
heirs forever.
Second- And whereas there are a number of
Orange trees on the said plantation & tract of
lands and ***** orange grove situated near
