called La Grange Place which have been
for some time past Kept from bearing & pro-
ducing prices by reason of insects which have
appeared thereon & enjoyed the same; NOW if the
said Grove or any of the trees upon said plantation,
or the land lying about & belonging to the
same shall within one Year after my decease
Yield sufficient fruit so that the full sum of
Two hundred Dollars ($200.) shall be realised
from the sale of the said fruit, I desire and
direct the said George L. Brown and his heirs to
hold the said sum of money in trust for Ellen
H. Wood daughter of Oliver Wood Esqr of
Duval County and Grand daughter of my
deceased husband Doctor James Hall and
to detain the sum in trust and to put it out
at interest or to make such investment or In-
vestments of it as to him the said Geo.L. Brown
Trustee as aforesaid may seem most advantageous
to the said Ellen H. Wood and on the
day that she the said Ellen H. arrives at the
age of Twenty one Years (21) to pay the sum
over & principal, interest and increase to the
said Ellen H. and to her sole and seperate use
and benefit; But should the said Ellen H.
die before she arrives at the age aforesaid
then I request and direct that the said Sum
of Two hundred Dollars ($200.) together with
interest and increase shall continue to be held
by the said George L. his heirs in trust for
Corinna (second child and daughter of James
W. & Ellen M. Anderson and that he the said
George L. Make such investment as to him
the said George L. may seem most proper
to increase the sum of money aforesaid, and
appropriate the same principal & interest at such
times and in such amounts as to him the said
