                  Personally appeared before
me Henry C. Wilson Clerk of the County
Court of Said County in the absence of the Judge
of said Court- Thomas J. Prevatt who being
duly sworn deposes that he verily believes
that the instrument of writing exhibited to
me this day purporting to be the last Will
and Testament of of Charles Gibbons deceased
late of said County dated on the 21st
day of May AD 1844, and signed and
sealed in the presence of Jacob Summerlin,
D.T. Bryant and Jacob Summerlin jr
to be the last Will and Testament of the
Decease
