Item 3rd I give and bequeath unto
my beloved wife Elizabeth with whom
I have lived in the strictest and
loved for thirty two years Lot of
land Number one hundred and
seventy five in the Twenty second Dis-
trict of originally Lee, now, Stewart
County containing two hundred and
two and a half acres more or less, with
all the rights, members and appurtances
to said lot of land in anywise apper-
taining free from all charges or Consid-
eration whatever to her own proper use ben-
fit and behoof forever, for her to hold
the above described land during her
natural life and at her death for it
to be equally divided amongst all
my children
Item 4th I give and bequeath to my
beloved wife for and during her
natural life all my Negroes except
these hereafter named and for her
to give off to my children as the
marry or become of age one Young
Negro apiece as she may choose
to give and at her death for an
equal division of all my negroes
to be made among all my children
and if my wife should marry
again and if my wife should marry
again then for an equal division
to be made of my Negroes forthwith
among all my children and for
my wife to draw a childs part
and to Keep it during her life and
then for it to be equally divided
among all my children |
