Item 5th  The negroes that was to be here-
inafter named is two that I have already
given to my beloved daughter
Mary Gordon Miller  and Elizabeth
Jane Bartlett, Lucinda about ten
years old I have given to my beloved
daughter Mary Gordon and Jimey
about 16 years old I have given to
my beloved daughter Elizabeth Jane
Item 6th  I bequeath to my beloved son
John L.B. Duskin a negro boy Henry
about Eight years old to him & to his heirs
forever, and if any of my children
should marry and have no
heirs the property that I give
them is to be returned back to
those of my family that is living
Item 7th
     All of the above named
property is to remain with my
children and their lawful heirs
and not to be traded in anywise
whatever
Item 8th   I constitute and appoint
my beloved wife Elizabeth
my Executrix and my beloved
son John L.B. Duskin Ececutor
to this my last Will and
testament this March 3rd
1845.
