In the Name of God Amen~~
I, Isaac Devlin of the County of Alachua, Territory of Florida
and a Private in Captain James Fitzgeralds Company of Mounted
Militia, being of perfect Mind, do make this my last Will & Testament
I give and bequeath to Alfred Mooney his heirs & assigns Viz
My Horse and Equipment, together with what pay that is or may
become due from the United States, for Service rendered in said
Company, he the said Alfred Mooney pay the expenses of my
Funeral, and such Debts as are lawfully due of me- Whereunto I
affixed my hand & Seal

I Samuel Harville of the State of Georgia in Liberty County
Do Ordain this my last Will and Testament~~~~~~~~
First, I desire my Debts be punctually paid.
Secondly I leave under the care of my three Sons Warren Harville, John
Elliot Harville, and Edward McVean Harville My Trustees, or either of
them, the following property, both real and personal, for the use and
Support of my beloved Wife Rebecca Harville during her natural Life
All the Lands I own in Liberty County, Horses, Outhouses Plantation Tools
and implements of Husbandry, Three Slaves viz, Sally, Cloe, & Jackson
One brown Horse my Cattle, Hogs and Sheep, Household and Kitchen
Furniture, lacking special care not to waste, And at the death of
my beloved Wife R. Harville as aforesaid, the above property and its
increase if any, to be equally divided between my three sons as aforesaid,
Warren, Elliot and McVean~~~~~~~~~
I give to my Daughter Rebecca Lowther a female slave named Jenny
I give to my Daughter Celia Zoucks a female slave named Lucy
I give to my Daughter Elizabeth Cash a Slave Boy named Stephen
