personally came John L.B. Duskin
Ececutor and Elizabeth Duskin
Ececutric of the last Will and tes-
tament of Michael Duskin and
produced before us the last Will
and testament of Michael Duskin
decd,, and the witnesses being
duly sworn deposeth and sayth
that they saw Michael Duskin
the testator sign seal and declare
and publish the instrument
now presented us his last
Will and testament, freely im-
partially and of his own accord
and without any compulsion or
influence whatever, that at the
time of the execution of said Will
was of sound and desposing mind
and memory that deponents 
signed said Will as Witnesses
in the presence of the testator and
at his special instance and
bequest and in the presence of
each other
        It is therefore by this
Court ordered that the Will
of Michael Duskin deceased
having been duly proved in open
Court and no objection being
made and mention being made
to admit said Will to record
