so far as to carry this request into execution
if the Election of Jim require it
Fifth     My will is (if possible) that Ester & her
children be kept together; & also little Jim & 
his children & that my executors make up the
difference that may arise to any of my legatees
by such a disposition of them all the rest of
my estate & the residue thereof real personal or
mixed I direct to be sold & the proceeds
of said sales to be equally divided among
my surviving children (Except) my negros
which I wish equally divided among my
children (Except) the one allotted to my
Daughter Martha
Sixth     My will is that my son William shall not
pay Intrust on the sum of fifteen hundred dollars
advanced to him to be deducted out of his portion
for part of the estate. And also that my Daughter
Ann shall not pay intrust of the sum
of six hundred Dollars advanced her to be
deducted out of her portion or part of the
Estate
Lastly     I do nominate and appoint my brother
Bennet Maxy Dell & my son William
Thomas Dell and Samuel R. Piles to be
the Executors of this my last will and
testament
