On this 21st day of November AD 1848 per-
sonally appeared Samuel R. Piles and
Bennet M. Dell and Exhibited to me the
foregoing instruments of writing (contained
on pages 25 26 28 & 29 of this book) proporting
to be the last will and testament of James Dell
deceased late of Alachua County in the State of
Florida and applied for the Probate of the same
and that letters testamentary under same last
will and testament be issued to them who
are named & appointed Executors thereof
and the said last will & testament having
been deposited with me and (two) Executors
thereof by the said James Dell Deceased having
been duly proven by Bennet M. Dell
one of the Executors appointed therein and
John Parsons and John Helvenston subscribing
witnesses thereto
It is therefore ordered that said last will
and testament be and the same is hereby
admitted to Probate and recorded.
And the said Samuel R. Piles and Bennet
M. Dell having qualified in due form of
late to act as Executors of said last will
and testament it is ordered that letters
testamentary under said last will and
