I give to Warren Harville my oldest Son, One Negro boy by the name of
Abram, my Gun also~~~
I give to my Son John Elliot Harville One Negro boy named Cyrus
I give to my youngest Son Edward McVean Harville, my Negro boy Cerno
I desire my Land in Houston County be sold, and whatever it may bring
be equally divided between Berrien Harville & Samuel Rivers Harville
my Grandsons,
If I should draw a prise in the present contemplated Land
Lottery, I desire it should be divided, between Warren Harville John
Elliot Harville, Edward McVean Harville, Stephen Fuller Baker and
Mary Harville Baker. And Lastly, I appoint Warren Harville
John Elliott Harville and Edward McVean Harville my Executors and
I most affectionately request, that these my desires to be lovingly
carried unto Effect, May the most high deign to bless you through
time console you in death, and be your Lasting repose beyond the Grave

Hope assign the same as a Witness & that he done likewise.
