and Bennet M. Dell who are appointed
executors of the last will & testament of James
Dell Deceased & made oath in Due form
of law that they will well & truly perform
the last will & testament of the said James
Dell Deceased & pay all of his Just and
lawful debts so far as his goods chattles
rights & credits will extend & that they
will make a true & correct inventory of
the same & render a true account of their
administration where required
