Last Will & Testament of James Child
made & published at Micanopy Alachua
County State of Florida this twenty fourth
(24) day of June one thousand Eight hundred
and fifty ~
           Item I give to my deceased sisters
two children my nephew Rufus T.I.
Humphreys & my niece Margaret Jane
Humphreys all contingents interests I have
or may have in or to the life estate of my
mother in & to the estate of my Deceased
father Alexander Child the same to be
held by their natural Guardian as
trustee until their majority
Item    I give to my beloved sister
Emma C. Child my negro Boy Washington
& my negro Girl Sally together with
their future increase the same to be held
in trust by my Brother Robert A. Child &
by him protected for the benefit & use of
my sister as long as she may
remain unmarrid upon her marriage
(if ever) the property to go into her
possession but the trust hereby created
to remain firm & unbroken forever~

Item   I give to my Beloved Brother Robert
       A. Child my negro man Gardner without
       trust reserve or limitation.
Item   It is my desion that out of the remaining
       property of which I may die seised or possessed
       all my Just debts be paid by my
       Executor hereafter to be named & the Balance
       of said property to be Eaqually divided
       Between my beloved Brother Robert A.
       Child & Emma C. Child that moity to
