much as accounts incurred by me for the building
of the house which I now occupy at Cool Spring
have been charged to the said estate I hereby authorize
and direct my Executors to balance and
extinguish the two Claims So Arising
7th I direct that my Executors Shall make
distrubition of the property bequeathed in the
first Clause of this testament at the time and in
the manner which in the last will and testament
of my Said husband, and made for this distribution
of his estate among his Children.
8th, All the rest and residue of my estate and
whatsoever consisting, and wheresoever being, I give,
devise and bequeath to my Six Children, to be equally
divided among them. To them and their heirs forever.
9th, Lastly I nominate, Constitute and appoint my
Father James Chesnut Senr., my brother Thomas
Whitaker, my Sons, Thomas W. Chesnut and James
Chesnut & my brotherin Law James Chesnut Junr.
Executors of this my last Will and testament.
     In Witness Whereof I have hereunto

of October in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and fifty.

Signed and Sealed by the Testatrix and Witnessed
by us who in the presence of each other and of
the Testatrix, have witnessed the due execution of the
Same. The word mouth used in the third line of the fourth
clause & interlined the word year before the execution
of this will and the words my brother in Law
James Chesnut Junr. in another hand writing in the ninth 
clause as an executor at the Same time.
