due form of Law and Saith that he Saw Mrs.
Ellen Chesnut, who was then of Sound disposing mind
memory And understanding, Sign, publish And
declare the within instrument of writing to be
a Codicil to her last will and testament and
that he this deponant, together with Catherine
Matheson and Elizabeth Matheson in the presence
of each other, and in the presence of the Testatrix
witnessed the due execution thereof.
