   State of Florida   Alachua County 
   Know all men by these presents that I
John Wiggins Sen'r of said State and County, having
the fear of God before me and in my right mind, doth
give and bequeath to my son John Wiggins Jun'r the
Negro Woman slave named Lucy and all ans singular 
the rest and residue of my state and effects in stock
horses &C provided nevertheless that tghe said John Wiggins
Jr shall support or cause to be supported my
wife Adelphia in a neat and becoming manner until
the day of her death and that after the death
of my said wife
     The Will of William Dell of Alachua County
and State of Florida made and declared by
him on the 21st day of October A.D. 1854, in
the presence of us who have hereunto Subscribed
our names as witnesses hereto, My will is as follows
I give and devise all my real and personal estate
of whatever nature to my brother Phillip Dell the
Executor of this my last Will and testament herein-
after nominated and appointed in trust for the
payment of my lawful debts, and after that to
convey one third part of the residue of my real and
personal estate to my brother Amos Dell to have
and to hold during the term of his natural life
and to the heirs of his body forever. And one third
part to my Sister Mary S. Duer to have and
to hold during the term of her natural life
and to the heirs of her body forever and my brother
Phillip Dell the Executor of this my last will
and testament hereinafter nominated and
appointed to retain one third part for himself
and the heirs of his body. I nominate one
