Appoint my brother Phillip Dell to be the
executor of this my last will and testament.
     These words or the like effect the Said
William Dell declared in the presence of us
whose names are Subscribed hereto, with an intention
that the Same Should Stand for and be his last will
and testament And bid the Witnesses to bear witness
thereunto.
