Personally appeared before me Elijah K. White Judge of the
County Court of Alachua County, Bennet M. Dell and Simeon
Dell, two of the Executors named in the Annexed last Will & Testament
of Mary Dewees, late of this County deceased, And being duly Sworn
depose and Say that they verify believe the writing exhibited as the
last Will and Testament, to be the true last Will & Testament of the
said deceased Mary Dewees~~~~~~

Personally this day appeared Simeon Dell and Bennet M. Dell of
Alachua County, who being Severally and duly sworn upon Oath
respectively Say, that they will well and truly perform the last
Will and Testament of Mary Dewees, late of same County deceased,
and pay all her just and lawful Debts, as far as her goods Chattels
right and Credits will extend, and that they will make a true and
correct Inventory of the same, and render a true account of their
administration when thereto required
