appeared before me the under-
signed Judge of Probate in and
for said County, Eliza D. Dell
who is appointed executrix
of the last will and testament
of Bennett M. Dell deceased
and made oath in due form
of Law that she will well
and truly perform the last
will and testament of said
deceased, and pay all of his
just and lawful debts so far
as his goods, chattels rights &
credits will extend and that
She will make a true and
correct inventory of the same
& enter a true account of
her administrations whereupon
required
