State of Florida To all to whom these
County of Alachua presents shall come
greeting Know all that at the county
aforesaid on the 30th Day of April in the
year 1855, before Henry Bradford esq. Judge
of Probate in and for said County the
last will and testament of Bennett M. Dell
late of the said county Deceased was
proved and now allowed and approved
by us and the said Deceased having
while living and at the time of his Death
good rights chattle, and credits within this
state and county, by means whereof the
proving and registering of the said will
and granting administration of all and
singular the goods chattles rights and credits
and also the auditing allowing and final
discharging the acount the acount thereof
Doth by law belong to us
Now therefore the administration of all and
singular the good chattle, right, and credits
of the said Deceased and in any way the last
will and testament of said Deceased is hereby
granted unto Philip Dell and Eliza D. Dell
executor and executrix in said will named
they having first taken and subscribed
an oath before the Judge of the Court faithfully
honestly to Discharge the duties of
such Executor and Executrix Hereby requiring
you the the said Executor and Executrix
aforesaid to make or cause to be made a
true and perfect inventory to be signed
by yourselves and the appraisers of the estate
all and singular the goods chattles rights
and credits of the said Deceased which have
or shall come into your hands possession or
knowledge and the same or an authorized |
