is to be a very unprofitable or
impractable business, and in that
event, they will dispose of my
estate according to their best
judgment, for the best interest of
my children, either by dividing
the same among them or selling
it for distribution.
     I desire that my Executors educate
clothe and support my children
out of the proceeds of Farm, this
worked from year to year.
     I desire that my Executor also
pay out of the proceeds of the Farm,
the annuity to be hereafter mentioned
for the support of my beloved
wife Sarah E. Geiger-This annuity
or support of my Wife Sarah E.
Geiger is thus to be provided for
so long as my Estate shall be kept
Together. It is my desire that
at any of my children getting
married or becoming of age, that
my Executors give them only a
reasonable amount of the property
if it can be spared from the support
and education of the remaining
children-as one or two negroes a
horse a few cows and a little money
to begin housekeeping with-but
said child to share alike and the
same to be accounted for according
to its value when given at the
final distribution of my Estate.
