obtaining an annuity in
lieu thereof and feeling desirous
to afford her every satisfaction
I do hereby give and bequeath unto
my said Dear Wife Sarah E. Geiger
the sum of three hundred dollars
($300,00)per annum during her natural
life, for her comfortable support,
so long as she lives-But if
after my decease my said Dear
Wife Sarah E. Geiger or any person
or persons on her account Should
prefer a claim for Dower on my
estate, then and in that case, the
bequest is null and void and the
payment of the annuity shall cease.
     I desire that on My youngest child
becoming of age all my estate be
equally divided among all my
children, share and share alike,
except what May be reasonable
to provide for the annuity on
support of my wife-Sarah E. Geiger
should She be then living My
executors can either divide the
estate-or sell it-as they deem best
for a more equal and just dis-
tribution among my children.
     Should my beloved wife
Sarah E. Geiger be living at the
time My Youngest child become
of age or whenever My
estate be divided, My Executors
will reserve out of the estate
