previous to the division a part
or property sufficient to pay her
said annuity-so long as she
lives, and on her demise said
fund or property will be equally
divided among my children, Share
and share alike.
     It is my desire that should
any of My negroes become unman-
ageable or very wicked that my
Executors sell such negroes and
purchase better ones in their stead.
     It is my desire that my library
of Books be equally divided be-
tween My sons And it is My
earnest desire that my executors
educate my children in the best
manner possible according to the
means of my Estate-And I pray
them all to use their influence
to have the best of principals instilled
unto them.
     It is my desire also that
my Executors be paid for their
services.
     Lastly I constitute and
appoint My esteemed friends
Col M.S. Perry of Fort Crane, Rev.
William Johnson of Putnam County
Joice Mixon of Alachua County
and George R. Fairbanks of St.
Augustine my Executors of this
My last will and Testament.
