                       Know all men by
these presents that I Jesse Standley of
the Territory of the Territory of Fla
and County of Alachua, for the affection
and good Will which I bear towards my
Children, Eliza Harvil, Mariah
Floyd, Sebron J. Standley, William S.
Standley and Thomas C. Standley of the
same place; I do voluntarily and of my
own free Will and accord after my death
and the death of my wife Dicey do give
to said Children the following property
naimly
     To my daughter Eliza Harvil I give
my Negro woman Martha and her children
Frances and Richard and her increas and
my negro, Millissa and negro boy Primas.
To my daughter Mariah Floyd I give my
negro womin Hannah and her increase, and
negro girl Lucy and Jane. To my son Sebron
J. Standley, I give my negro men Horace and
Bill also my negro woman Lydia and her
child Polly and negro woman Silvey and her
child Sina. To my son William S. Standley
I give my negro woman Sukey and her children
George Serina and Alford and the increases
my negro boy Bill and Mannick. To my 
Son Thomas C. Standley I give my negro 
woman Teena and her children namely Temps
Clarissa, Nancy, Elias and John also my
boy Jim
           I also give to my sons Sebron and 
William all the lands and tenements belonging
to me, lying and being in Marion County
East Florida Containing Eight hundred
eighty acres Known as the Midley Brown
