Florida Whereas Joseph B.
Alachua Co. Coker late of said
County deceased, during
his last illness made his
will nuncupative, leaving
Philip Dell Esqr. executor thereof
and whereas, it is desirous that
said alleged nuncupation should be
admitted to probate, and
whereas the statute requires, that
citation should be published, and send
upon the widow or next of Kin sixty days
before the same shall be received
for proof and probate granted in order
that they may unto the same if they
see fit.~ Now be it Known and
declared that I Amanda M. Coker hereby dispense
with the necessity of such citation
and have specified my will and pleasure
that the said will be admitted to proof
without such delay and authorize the
Judge of Probate to grant said proof
as accordingly
