testament of Jesse Davis late of said
County deceased, was this day proved by
the Oath of Samuel R. Piles a Subscribing
witness thereto, Whereupon it is ordered
that the said Will be recorded as the true
last Will and testament of the said Jesse
Davis deceased.
     In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and affixed my private Seal
(there being no seal of Office) this 1st
day of March A.D. 1858
