by parcels I have given to my said son Elisha
H. Jones, and mean to Convey by deed shall
be Charged against him as advancements
in said division but he shall take a full
and agreed share with the rest, entitled under
this clause in my will (these shares
being Charges with Advancements over and
above any gift herein or heretofore made to
him, and the tracts of land above Specified,
and any moneys I may have heretofore
paid fir him which said Moneys
I hereby renounce all right to claim or
receive

shares out of the said residue of my estate fall-
ing to my three daughters Lucretia Wylie,
Nancy Kennedy and Mahacoth Davis, be
held by them severally for and during the
terms of their several lives, to their sole and
seperate use behoof and benifit, and in no
event to be liable or subject to the debts
liabilities, or Contracts of their present
or any future husband or husbands, and
after the death of either one of my said
daughters or of all of them, the share of
the daughter so dead, shall go to the
child or Children of the daughter so
living; but should either one of said
daughters, die leaving no heirs or Children
or die bearing Them, and such Child or
children should die before attaining
