to my estate and be divided as in case
of Intestates estate
11th  I do hereby nominate and appoint My
friend Osmond Woodward & my son
Elisha H. Jones Executors of this my
last Will and testament, In testimony
of all which I have this day The 19th of
February 1852 set my hand We Whose
names are hereto subscribed in The presence
of each of us Saw William Jones the
testator Sign his name to this paper 
declaring it to be his last Will and testa-
ment, and we as witnesses in the presence
of each other have subscribed our names

                Codicil
It is my will and desire that the part
of my will above mentioned and dated
this 19th day of Febry 1852 in a part of
the 7th Item thereof giving willing and
bequeathing My Negro boy Joe to the children
of Osmond Jones be revoked and
of no effect, and I do hereby will and direct
that the said boy Joe, be sold and The
proceeds of said sale equally divided
according to the division mentioned in
the 9th Item of my last Will & testament
above this Codicil to be taken and Considered
as a part of my last Will & testament
