Fairfield District In the Court of Ordinary
Personally appeared in Open Court John F.
Durham one of the subscribing Witnesses
to the within Will, being duly sworn makes
Oath that he saw William Jones Sign Seal
publish and declare The within instrument
of writing as and for his last Will and
testament, That the said William Jones was
then of sound and disposing mind
Memory and understanding to the best
of This deponents Knowledge and belief
and that this deponent with M.A.M.
Leggs and C.H. Durham in the presence
of each other and in The presence ot The
said William Jones and at his request
did subscribe Their Names as Witnesses
to the due execution thereof, And this
deponent futher Securs that the Codicil
to the last will and testament of said
Testator, dated on the Nineteenth day
of February 1852 and annexed unto
the Will was duly signed, sealed and
acknowledged by the said William Jones
as and for his Codicil to the said last
Will and that the said Testator was
then of sound and disposing mind
Memory and understanding to the
best of this deponents Knowledge and
belief and that this deponent with
M.A.M. Leggs and C.H. Durham in
the presence of each other and in the
presence of the said William Jones did
subscribe Their names as witnesses to The
due execution thereof
