be paid the same compensation as in the Circuit Court.
Ordered that the Treasurer pay to J.C. Gardner
Three hundred Dollars in part payment of his
salary as Judge of the County Criminal Court
out of any money in the treasury not otherwise
appropriated.
Ordered that the order, heretofore passed by the
Board, authorizing the tax Collector to collect the
tax on dogs in this County, be and the same is hereby
repealed and that the statute of the state authorizing
said tax be a ****, so far as this County is con
cerned.
Ordered that the Tax Collector be and he is
hereby authorized to collect twenty five pr ct on
the State tax for the County tax.
