         James B. Dawkins to Henry F. Dutton
                        "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we James B. Dawkins
Alachua County   } and Carrie T. Dawkins his wife of the aforesaid State
and County County for and in consideration of the sum of Two thousand
five hundred Dollars to us cash in hand on this day paid by
Henry F. Dutton of said State and County the receipt whereof we do
hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold aliened and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien and convey unto
him the said Henry F. Dutton all of that certain Lot Tract piece or
parcel of land Situated lying and being in the Town of Gainesville
in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida and particularly
described as follows to wit: Commencing at the North East corner of
present enclosed lot now occupied by the said grantors herein as
their residence lot in said Town of Gainesville, thence South 
along the western boundary line of the original Town of Gainesville
according to the original plan and limits of said Town One Hundred
and ten (110) feet thence West three hundred and Eighty (380) feet
more or less to the public Street that runs North and South between
said J.B. Dawkins Lot and the Lot of Mrs Patterson thence North
one hundred and ten (110) feet thence East Three hundred and Eighty
(380) feet more or less to the place of beginning, the same being a
portion of the lot of Land heretofore conveyed by deed by James
B. Bailey to the said James B. Dawkins - Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in anywise appertaining = To Have and to Hold
the same unto him the said Henry F. Dutton and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute
forever = and we the said James B. Dawkins and Carrie T.
Dawkins his wife do hereby covenant and agree to and
with the said Henry F. Dutton that we are lawfully seized
in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed; that we
have good and lawful right to sell and to convey the
same that the same is free and clear of all encumbrances
of any kind whatsoever and that we will and our and
each of our heirs executors and administrators shall and
will forever warrant and defend the same unto him the
said Henry F. Dutton and to his heirs executors and admin
