State of Florida        Whereas as it appears
Alachua Co              from the last will
                        and testament of
Joseph B. Coker deceased, that Philip
Dell is therein named as the
Executor of said will, said will
having been filed this day and allowed
approved and recorded in the Probate
office of said county,   Now be it
Known that letter testamentary of
all and singular the good chatel
rights and accounts of said deceased
is hereby granted unto the said
Philip Dell with full power to act
as such Executor
          Given under my hand
