POSITION TITLE:  PROGRAMMER
DEPARTMENT:  COMPUTER OPERATIONS
BEGINNING SALARY: $38346
QUALIFICATIONS:  A.S. Degree in Computer Science or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, & two years of programming experience; or any equivalent combination. Ability to design and support existing Web Applications & Crystal reports for both  internal & external clients. Must be proficient in HTML, Visual Studio, Data Modeling, Application Modeling, & Web Services. Knowledge of Cold Fusion(Adobe), JavaScript, Interface Design, XML, and MS SQL is desirable. Crystal Reports experience a must. If chosen for an interview, applicant will be required to pass a skills test. Applicants within six months of meeting the education/experience requirement may be considered for trainee status.
POSITION TITLE:  HELP DESK SUPERVISOR
DEPARTMENT:  COMPUTER OPERATIONS
BEGINNING SALARY: TBD
QUALIFICATIONS:  Oversee two person, high volume Help Desk for mission critical large office network. Provide back-up & troubleshoot workstations, servers, run daily reports, & monitor network. Assist with installation, configuration, integration and technical support of computer equipment. Knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, Adobe software required. MCSE certified or equivalent experience. Two or four year degree in computer science or related field. Two yrs administrative/supervisory experience required; equivalent combination of education/experience can be considered. Good customer service skills and moral character. Subject to background check and drug screening.
