DEPARTMENT:  CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT/FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
BEGINNING SALARY: $25.00 per hour - Full Time Position
QUALIFICATIONS:  Professional position doing general accounting work, reconciliations, investments, receivables, payables, grants, etc. Position requires independent detailed work in addition to compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Graduation from an accredited 4-year university or college with a major in Accounting required. BEGINNING SALARY: $16.00 per hour
QUALIFICATIONS:  Performs clerical duties including data entry, assisting customers in-person/via telephone, and attending court events. Must be detail oriented, can perform tasks in rapid succession, and dependable. Must have basic office skills and computer experience. High school diploma or equivalent, and knowledge of business English and arithmetic are required. Customer service experience preferred. QUALIFICATIONS:  Local government position working in finance department. Answers phones, performs mail run, verifies bank deposit, takes in VAB petitions, and provides backup to the cash receipts clerk. Governmental/public sector experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of business English and arithmetic, basic office skills, Microsoft and Excel experience.
