Alachua County Before me a Justice of the Peace
in and for said County, personally appeared R.H. Parker one
of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing
and after being duly Sworn according to law, Says that he saw
Moriah Floyd sign seal and deliver the Same for the purposes
therein Specified, and that She executed the Same in the presence
of the other Subscribing witness

Alachua County To all men whom these presents Shall come
Greetings, Know ye that I John W. Pearson of the Territory
aforesaid for and in consideration of the Eight hundred dollars to
me in hand paid by George M. Galpin at and before the Sealing
and delivering of these presents, the receipt whereof I do hereby
acknowledge, have granted bargained and sold, and by these presents
do grant bargain and sell unto the Said George M. Galpin and
to his heirs and assigns forever, all those certain lots in
the Town of Newnansville, designated as lots number one two
Seven and eight, of Block number four Range number two
upon the plan of the Town as filed and existing in the Clerks
Office of the County Court of Alachua County aforesaid,
together all and Singular the hereditaments and appurtenances
to the Same in any wise belonging
To have and to hold the Said lots and premises and every
part thereof, with the appurtenances unto the Said George M.
Galpin his heirs and assigns forever, and I the Said John
W. Pearson, do bind myself, my heirs and administrators
and assigns to warrant and defend the said property to the
Said George M. Galpin his heirs and assigns forever
And for the consideration aforesaid and for divers
other good and valuable considerations I Sarah M.
Pearson do hereby release and quit claim unto the
Said George M. Galpin his heirs and assigns all my right |
