Know all men by these presents that I Sarah M.
Pearson of Marion County in the State of Florida
wife of John W. Pearson of said County, in
consideration of ten dollars to me in hand paid, by George
M. Galphin named in the foregoing deed, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby renounce release
and relinquish unto Said George M. Galpin, his heirs
and assigns forever, all my right and title of Dower
either at law or in Equity, to the lots or parcels of land
mentioned in the foregoing deed to wit; certain lots
in the Town of Newnansville in Said County of Alachua
designated as lots number one, two, seven and Eight of
Block number four Range number two together
