Know all men by these Presents that I William H.
Perry of Alachua County Florida in consideration of
the Sum of one hundred and ten dollars to me paid by
George L. Brown of Said County, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have remised, released, and forever quit
claimed, and by these presents do remise, release and forever
quit claim unto the Said George L. Brown, his heirs
and assigns a certain Messuage or dwelling house now
in my Seizin and possession, Situate near the Town of
Newnansville in said County upon the lands of James
Pendarvis of Said County in the East half of the South
West Quarter of Section Eleven (11) Township Eight (8)
Range Eighteen 918) and to the land upon which the same
is Situated, and to the land in and about Said Message
or dwelling house which Said James Pendarvis has
agreed to convey to me and to all out buildings and
enclosures connected with Said dwelling house or apper-
taining thereto, To have and to hold the aforesaid premises
with all privileges and appurtenances belonging as
appertaining thereto unto the Said George L. Brown
his heirs and assigns to his and their Sole use forever
So that neither I the Said William H. Perry nor my
heirs, nor any person or persons claiming under me or
them Shall at any time hereafter by any way or means
have, claim, or demand any right or title to the aforesaid
premises or appurtenances, or to any part or parcel
thereof forever,
And S.E. Perry, wife of the Said William H. Perry in
consideration of one dollar to her paid the receipt whereof
She doth hereby acknowledge doth hereby relinquish, renounce
and release to the Said George L. Brown his heirs and
assigns all her right and title of Dower in the afore-
granted premises. In testimony whereof I the Said
William H. Perry, and S.E. Perry my wife have here-
unto Set our hands and Seals this third day of February
