                   This Indenture made this fifth day of March
Eighteen hundred and forty nine, between Bryant W. Glisson
of the County aforesaid, of the first part, and Adam
Keil of the County of Alachua aforesaid of the Second part,
Witnesseth, that whereas a marriage has heretofore been had
and Solemnized between Elizabeth, Formily Elizabeth
Futch, now Elizabeth Glisson and the said party of the
first part Bryant W. Glisson and whereas the said Bryant W.
and the Said Elizabeth, hath begotten one Son named
Dennis W. and whereas the Said Bryant W. of the first
Part, is legally possessed in his own right and title} the
following named and described property to wit, one Bay
mare and Twenty five head of Stock Hogs, marked in
the following mark to wit; Crop and two Splits in each
ear, and being free from all debts and liabilities to any person
whomsoever of whatever character, and whereas fortunes are
uncertain, and the probabilities of loss many, therefore
in consideration of the love and affection which he the
Said Bryant W. of the first part hath and has towards his
Said Wife Elizabeth, and his Said Son Dennis W. as well as
other good and valuable considerations him hereunto moving
and being desirous, and for the purpose of making a suitable
provision for his Said wife Elizabeth, and his Said Son
Dennis W. is minded and disposed to set over and transfer
to the Said Adam Keil, of the Second part all the above
mentioned, named, and described property, and the increase
thereof, for the uses and purposes and upon the conditions and
limitations hereinafter set forth and expressed.
     Now therefore, in consideration of the premises, and for
the further consideration of one dollar to the Said Brant W. of the
first part, in hand paid by the said Adam Keil, of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the Said
party of the first part, doth hereby assign transfer, and set
over to the said party of the second part, his Executors,
Administrators, and assigns, all the above mentioned, named,
and described property, to hold the Same, the Said Adam
Keil his Executors, administrators, and assigns, upon special
trust to the use and benefit of the Said Elizabeth, for and
during her natural life, and pay over or cause to be paid
over to the Said Elizabeth, all the increase, rents, incomes,
or dividends arising from or out of the Said trust property
