for her own sole use and benefit, and after the death of
the said Elizabeth, the whole of the Said trust property and the
increase thereof, Shall vest immediately and absolutely and
without any restriction, limitation, or condition, in the said
Son Dennis W. for his own proper use and benefit and
enjoyment forever, Provided, never the less, that in case the
Said Elizabeth shall Survive the Said Bryant W. her Husband,
and shall afterwards marry a second Husband
then and in that case, the aforesaid mentioned and described
Property shall immediately rest as aforesaid in the said Son
Dennis W. upon said second marriage, and in case of further
issue of the Said Elizabeth by her present Husband Bryant
W. the said issue to Share in equal proportions of Said trust
property with the Said Dennis W. the present only Son upon
the same conditions and limitations above named and provided,
and the said Adam Keil of the Second part, doth hereby signify
his acceptance of the said trust, and doth engage to hold and
manage the same upon the trust and for the uses and purposes
herein mentioned, and doth covenant to and with the said
party of the first part to permit the Said Elizabeth, to receive
and enjoy the Said increase, income and profits of the Said
trust property to her Sole and Separate use and benefit in
manner and form, and upon the conditions herein before provided
and doth further covenant not to interfere with the Said
property therein than in conformity with the Provisions of
this Indenture.   In testimony whereof the Said parties have
thereunto Set their hands and Seals the day and year first
