by the decree of the Supreme Court of the United states according to the survey
of the second of August One thousand eight hundred and nineteen
Together with all and singular the houses, out-houses, edifices,
buildings, stables, yards, gardens, liberties, privileges, casements, com-
modities, emolements, hereditaments, rights, members and appurtenances
as whatever thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining, And
the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders, rents,
issue, and profits; And all the estate, right, title interest property
and possessions, claim and demand whatsoever, in law or in
equity of the said party of the first part, of, in or to the same
or any part or parcel thereof with the appurtenances.
To Have and to Hold the said tract or parcel of land
and all and singular, other the premises hereby granted, bargained
sold, aliened, and confirmed, with the hereditaments and apurten-
ances unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and
assigns to the only use and behoof of the said party of the second
part, his heirs and assigns forever, and to and for no other use intent
or purpose whatsoever. And lastly the said party of the first
part for himself and his heirs the said bargained tract or
parcel of land and premises unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns, against himself and his heirs and
against all and every other person or persons whatever, shall
and will warrant and forever Defend by these presents.
