Levi County         Personally appeared before me the undersigned Chief Justice
of the Superior Court of the State aforesaid, at Tallahasse in the County aforesaid
Edwin L.T. Blake one of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Deed
who being of lawful age & duly sworn did depose & say; that he saw Martha
Tison, the maker of said deed sign seal & deliver the same, & that he the
said Edwin L.R. Blake & R.C. Griffin, signed their names thereto respectively
as witnesses at the time of the execution thereof by her the said Martha Tison
& further saith not

For Value received I, James Samuel Harvey of Marion County
State of Florida do hereby assign and set over unto Stephen Williams
Cole of the County of Anson State of North Carolina all my
rights, title, interest, claim, and demand in and to a certain tract
of Land purchased by me at the Land Office at Newnansville
Fla. on the 15th day of April 1846 as pr Receivers Receipt No.3*0
designated as the North West qr. of Section Twenty Seven in
Township Twelve South of Range Twenty two East, Situate in the
district of Land subject to sale at the Land Office at Newnansville
Fla. and request that a patent may be issued in the name
of the said Stephen William Cole.
