I Eliza Dell wife of the said Bennett M. Dell do hereby acknow-
ledge and declare under my hand and Seal, that the release and
relinquishment of Dower in the above Deed contained was made
freely and voluntarily without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from the said Bennett M. Dell and that I did
join in said Deed and execute the same for the purposes therein
expressed.
     Witness my hand and Seal this 11th day of April A.D. 1846
